Every transfer thesis starts with the same question: what already works, and where has it not arrived yet? Market Intelligence Lab is the research venture that industrializes the answer, continuous scanning of proven models, market corridors (a proven model paired with an underserved market it has not reached yet), and execution gaps, run by AI workflows with operator review.
The lab maintains the corridor map: which proven models are mis-served in which markets, what the local baseline looks like, and what an exceed delta would require. Its outputs are scored theses, not reports, every scan ends in a shelf decision or a validation candidate.
Currently in research stage as an internal capability, with a public layer under exploration: parts of the corridor intelligence may become Research.app publications, and parts may become a product for operators who hunt the same way.
